Dai nostri vigneti più giovani per ottenere la freschezza e i profumi delle colline Pisane. Un vino di grande bevibilità adatto sia all’inverno sia all’estate quando in tavola si ha voglia di bere senza impegno.

 

NOTE ORGANOLETTICHE

Colore rosso rubino intenso e vivace, con belle sfumature porpora. Profumo fine ed intenso, con note di piccoli frutti ed erbe aromatiche. Al gusto è pieno, sapido, morbido ed equilibrato.

 

ABBINAMENTI

Si abbina con carni bianche e rosse e formaggi freschi.

BEVIBILITÀ

Da bere entro un anno dalla vendemmia.

NOTE TECNICHE

Uvaggio: Sangiovese, vitigni complementari.

Affinamento: solo acciaio.

TASTING NOTES

An intense and lively ruby red with lovely purple highlights. Elegant and intense on the nose with aromas of berry fruit and aromatic herbs. Full in flavor, savory, soft, and balanced.

 

MATCHES WITH FOOD

Excellent with both white and red meat and with young, soft cheese.

Within a year after the vintage.

TECHNICAL NOTES

Blend: Sangiovese, other complementary grape varieties.

Aging: solely in stainless steel tanks.
